All installations are performed by installers that have been trained by Customised Air Conditioning Pty Ltd to the high standard we demand.

Our Standard Installations Include:

• The indoor unit is suspended from threaded rod from the rafters of your house, so that no part of the unit is touching the ceiling, to reduce any vibration noise.
  

• The indoor unit sits in an "'Emergency Drip Tray” on rubber mounts.
  

• Emergency Drip Tray - if the main drain is blocked for any reason condensate water will be directed to a secondary drain rather than leak onto the ceiling.
  

• Both lines of the refrigerant pipes are insulated.
  

• All ductwork is hung by strap to ensure maximum airflow.
  

• Return air grilles sized to minimise “Return Air Noise”.
  

• Acoustic return air duct to minimise return air noise.
  

• All outlets are fitted with manual "In Line" dampers, so we can adjust airflow to customise personal comfort levels for each member of your family.
  

• Colour bond pipe cover covering refrigerant pipes on the outside of the house, matching the colour of your bricks or paint.
  

• The outdoor unit is mounted on rubber pads to minimise vibration.
  

• Installers that will listen to you to install a system that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
